    Can't Login, This is a bit tougher. Please choose one of the following links

To login to your online flagger account use your email address and password you used when you made the purchase.

    To Login to the class, you have to register as the student after purchase. A username and password is generated: username is your first initial and last name and some numbers, the password is random letters and numbers. This would have been emailed to you. Go to Class  
       
    It Says no classes available, either you did not purchase or you made more than one account and your class is in that one. You can sign out and try to login again with something else. Or you may need to call us during our normal business hours and we can help you.  
       
    Can't login to class, make sure you have purchased and registered as the student. Use that information to login to the class  
       
    If you did not make the purchase contact your administrator, they will provide your class username and password. All information and the final card is sent to the administrator.

    Can't print certificate, the certificate can be printed from any computer that has a printer. Simply Sign In to your account, Choose Student Listing and Click on your username.  
       
    I failed the written test: you will need to pay for another class and retake the entire class again.  
       
    I failed the demo part of the test. Click Here  
       
    I lost my card, call us during business hours Monday through Friday 8-5 mountain time.
