Your personal computer is just that, personal. Frequently people have programs installed on their computer that they do not know how to deal with, we can help with that. If you do not fully understand the instructions on the system check page, this service may benefit you. We will remotely access your computer, with your permission, and make the adjustments for you. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE IF YOU PLAN TO TAKE THE CLASS AT A PUBLIC LOCATION SUCH AS A LIBRARY. This is an optional service we offer where we control your computer via the Internet, and assist you with any computer issues that may prevent you from accessing any of the course materials. This service is not performed automatically you will need to speak to one of our staff members while we work on your computer during business hours. This service is for a single computer, and takes about 15 minutes. You must be present at your computer. We only adjust issues relating directly to class functionality. If you purchase this service, we guarantee that the class will function and your score will be recorded. You must make an appointment to have this service performed. Call Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, mountain time, 720-962-8815. Saturday appointments fill up fast, no appointments on Sunday.
