She suggested Afton because, “it is Welch, there is a river named [Afton], but it also stands for Atssa Flagger Training ONline. And traffic can be like a river.”

The River Afton is a small river in Aryshire, Scotland. Which flows North from Alwhat Hill through Afton Reservoir and then for eight miles down Glen Afton before joining the River Nith at New Cumnock.
The river is famous because of Robert Burn’s poem Sweet Afton and this supposedly led to a number of cities in the United States being called Afton.
